Toronto City of Nations

In 2000 Toronto Life asked me to do 30 portraits of people from the largest groups of immigrants in Toronto for their November issue. I won a Magazine Award of the Year for this essay.

A current project that I am working on, The Last Salute, is one that carries a similar theme.

This one has a specific focus on Canadian Veterans, the legacy of people who survived WW II and their descendants in Canada. Photos and some info about the project at https://www.yuridojc.com/the-last-salute

If you think that you, your family or someone you know may be a suitable subject for The Last Salute, please reach out here, by email at stop@yuridojc.com, from any of my social media channels at https://linktr.ee/yuridojc or here at my website.
